1 pkg. (2-1/2 lbs.) boneless thighs
10 sprinkles of soy sauce
1 - 4 oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice
3 - 4 cloves of garlic
4 oz. white vinegar
14 oz. bottle tomato catsup.
Marinate 24 hours before baking,Cut up each thigh into 4 peices,Place in bowl, mince fresh garlic and add remaining ingredients to chicken,Cover and place in refrigerator for 24 hours,Take out of bowl and put into baking pan,Place in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 1 hour,When fully cooked, the juice from the pan may be used to pour over rice.
